How to Book

 

If you want to hire the Centre to hold your own class or a party etc, then complete this booking form process.  If you want to join one of the groups like Star Dance Company or Brownies etc, then book directly with them.

Single Hires

1     Complete the online Booking Form. Check the availability calendar at the bottom of this page, (please note dates for 2025 have not been checked). We will then double check your date(s) and confirm that your booking has been accepted

2.    Make sure you have read the Hire Tariff and Terms and Conditions to see what our joint responsibilities are

3.    Payment is required before the event please direct into our bank account.        Details are on the Booking Form.

Please note that alcohol, drugs and smoking (including e-cigarettes) are strictly forbidden in the Centre.  Please describe what sort of activities you will be doing in your sessions for risk assessment purposes.

Bouncy castles can be used outside on the grass at the back of the building and also inside in the Main Hall. .  

Insurance Liability

Insurance cover is provided by the Parish Council as the owner of the building.  This covers the fabric of the building and Public Liability cover (£10m) for accidents due solely to the Centre's negligence.  Hirers are legally responsible for accidents happening which are due to their own negligence during their own activities and with their equipment.  It is particularly important if hiring a bouncy castle that you take up the PL insurance cover the hire company can provide.  Please see ourTerms & Conditions.

Regular (weekly/monthly) Hires

  1. Complete the online Booking Form 
  2. Read the Hire Tariff and Terms and Conditions to see what our joint responsibilities are and our cancellation policy.
  3. If you are an instructor we will need to see your insurance policy details and a current DBS certification for safeguarding.
  4. Payment is required at the beginning of your series. We will then invoice you on a three monthly basis at the beginning of January, April, July, and October. .

             Payment to be made by BACS direct into our bank account.        Details are on the Booking Form.
