The 1st Stoke sub Hamdon Brownies welcome girls aged between 7 years and 10 years. Our unit has currently 22 members.    We have had a unit of Brownies in the village since 6th February 1973!  Come and join us and make some new freidns and have fun!

When we meet

We meet every Tuesday at the Centre during term times (around 10 times a term) from 6.15 pm until 7.30 pm. We also occasionally organise trips out for the unit.

Please register online  https://www.girlguiding.org.uk/information-for-parents/register-your-daughter.      We can offer you a 2 week trial to see if you are going to like it.  We normally start girls at the beginning of a term.  We produce a newsletter every term with a provisional programme attached on what the girls have asked to do the previous term.   We can send you these emails when you have registered her interest.  We keep a current copy of the newsletter on our noticeboard at the Centre.

What it costs

£40.00 per term and a one off £10 joining fee.  We often have bits of second-hand uniform that can be sorted for a donation towards our unit funds.
