Hire Charges

WHAT IT COSTS

(Bookings can only be taken for young persons’ activities)

Hire charges include heating, lighting, ultrafast fibre broadband and use of all facilities

 

                               Stoke children's groups – weekly/regular hire           £9 per hour

                               Stoke residents – one-off hires                                 £11 per hour

                               Non Stoke residents – one-off hires                         £13 per hour     

                              Commercial hirers for youth activities                       £13 per hour

          Note:

          All hirers are required to :-

1. Agree to the Centre's Terms and Conditions, which also clarifies any cancellation charge.
2. Report any accidents in the Centre’s Accidents and Incidents Book provided in the Kitchen and notify the Centre

         In addtion,  instructor led groups hiring the Centre are required to :-

1. Have an agreed Safeguarding policy in place
2. Have adequate public liability cover in place for the specific activities being carried out and insurance for their own equipment
3. Provide a satisfactory DBS check
4. Have instructor certificate qualifications in place
5. Provide a Risk Assessment for their activities
